Iβd like to share my honest experience with Palace of India. During my trip to Grand Island, I was really craving authentic Indian food, so based on the reviews, I decided to order the biryani and tandoori chicken. The packaging was nice and everything arrived well presented. Unfortunately, the food itself was extremely disappointing. The biryani was honestly one of the worst Iβve ever had. I completely understand that the taste of Indian food can vary between India and the U.S., but calling something biryani when it lacks the basic flavor, spices, and preparation you would expect is disappointing, especially for Indian customers. I felt the same about the tandoori chicken. It seemed to be cooked with very minimal seasoning or masala, and there was no chutney or raita provided, which are pretty standard accompaniments with these dishes. It honestly made me wonder how the restaurant has received such high ratings. Maybe my experience was an exception, but based on what I ordered, I was genuinely disappointed. My suggestion: If the restaurant is using a new cook or chef, I would strongly recommend getting feedback from experienced Indian cooks or chefs. Otherwise, perhaps have t

This is why I do not trust any other Indian restaurant besides INDIA TOWN. marsala was the color of BUTTER and flavorless. Almost 40$ for a small bowl and rice and a canned coke. Disappointed in myself and totally forgot that I've had them before and told myself NOT AGAIN

I have been here twice and both times really enjoyed my food. Today we had vegetable samosas, matar mushroom makhni and palak paneer. Everything was so tasty. Service is friendly and helpful.

GPT was very warm and hospitable, making the experience at Palace of India truly delightful. The food was delicious, especially the bhindi masala which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We ended our meal with kheer and chai, both comforting and satisfying. Really enjoyed the warm service, flavorful food, and welcoming atmosphere, a must visit in Grand Rapids.

Great food! I got the veggie dish with peas and mushrooms in a tomato based sauce; I usually get the aloo Gobi but would highly recommend the latter. My girlfriend got one with shrimp and like many other peoples experience there were only a few shrimp in the entree (although they were pretty large shrimp. We also ordered 2 apps, a beer and nann bread. I was very full when I left and the bill was $58... Pretty standard with my dine in experience at Indian restaurants.
